The Lord knows who is perfect in heart and is ready for a Miracle.
Where there is faith, there is perfectness, because faith is God.
And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked:
The same heard Paul speak; who steadfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked. Acts 14:9
Hebrews 11:6 speaks, But with faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
And he said to the woman Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace
